Herb Butter Chicken Thighs



Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless chicken thighs

  • 3 tbsp butter, room temperature

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 tsp basil, dried

  • 1 tsp thyme, dried

  • 1 tsp rosemary, dried

  • ½ tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425º F.

  2. In a bowl, combine the butter and seasoning.

  3. Trim the chicken of any excess fat and place into a baking disk. Pat the top of the chicken dry with a paper towel (this will help the herb butter better stick to the chicken). Coat the chicken by smearing on the herb butter mixture.

  4. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake the chicken for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked through. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chicken thighs.

  5. Remove chicken from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before eating.
