My fiance and I both love to cook. Living busy lives, and working full time, left us with limited time to spend in the kitchen preparing cookbook quality meals. Sundays were the only time we could unwind and cook up a new recipe, and thus sparked the idea for this website.
Here you will find a collection of appetizers, meal prep lunches, dinners, and sweet desserts. These recipes are not only delicious but many of them also fall within the boundaries of my fiances allergy restrictions. Being allergic to gluten, corn, soy, nuts, dairy, shellfish, and peppers can make finding recipes difficult. But in the words of Barney Stinson, challenge accepted! We have found numerous ways to substitute ingredients to make the recipe allergy free, and are always up for trying something new.
