Peanut Butter, Banana & Chocolate Chip Cookies



Ingredients

  • 2¼ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 sticks butter, softened

  • ¾ cup sugar

  • ¾ light brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup chocolate morsels

  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.

  2. Combine baking soda, flour and salt in a bowl.

  3. In a mixer, beat together butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy.

  4. Mash banana in a bowl and add to mixer along with peanut butter. Continue to mix until incorporated fully.

  5. A little at a time, mix in flour mixture.

  6. Mix in chocolate chips.

  7. Grease baking pan with cooking spray. Line pan with tablespoon sized balls of dough mixture, leaving room between for cookies to flatten.

  8. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.

  9. Let cool on a cooling rack for 2 minutes.
