Ingredients
2x ½ pounds salmon filet's
2 Avocado's, cubed
1 clove of garlic, minced
2 limes, juiced
½ red onion, sliced
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a bowl, combine avocado, onion, salt, pepper and lime juice.
In a separate bowl, melt butter and combine with olive oil, garlic, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and lemon juice.
Place salmon on a baking pan and brush on garlic sauce.
Cook salmon for 15-20 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the filet.
Top cooked salmon with avocado salsa.
