Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower
4 large cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper
¼ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Combine all ingredients, aside from the Parmesan, in a bowl.
Clean and chop cauliflower into florets. Spread florets evenly onto a pan.
Brush garlic mixture onto florets, toss to ensure florets are fully coated.
Roast in oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle on the Parmesan. Place back in oven for 2-3 or until cheese has fully melted.
