Honey Glazed Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breast

  • 1 cup unbleached floor

  • 2 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp paprika

Sauce

  • ¼ cup margarine

  • ½ cup honey

  • ¼ cup lemon juice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.

  2. Prepare a baking pan with cooking spray.

  3. In a shallow bowl mix together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dip the chicken into flour mixture.

  4. Add the chicken pieces to the pan, then bake for 30 minutes, skin side down, in a single layer.

  5. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the sauce ingredients.

  6. Turn the chicken, then cover with sauce.

  7. Bake for 30 minutes more, or until the chicken is fork-tender and no pink remains.

  8. Spoon the sauce over the chicken again and serve.
