Beef Stir Fry w/ Mixed Veggies

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 can beef broth

  • 2 tbsp white sugar

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • 1lb boneless round steak, cut into bite size pieces

  • 1 can bean sprouts

  • 1 cup shredded carrots

  • 4 cups chopped fresh broccoli

  • ¼ tsp chopped fresh ginger root

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour, broth, sugar, teriyaki sauce and soy sauce. Stir until sugar and flour are dissolved.

  2. In a large skillet or wok over high heat, cook and stir beef 2-4 minutes, or until browned.

  3. Stir in broth mixture, ginger, garlic, carrots and broccoli.

  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.

  5. Simmer
